　　成功的因素（內(nèi)因）

　　 Nowadays, with the society becoming increasingly competitive, there is a discussion about which should be a top priority when an increasing number of people are pursuing personal success. From my perspective, there is no doubt in saying that internal factors will, to a large extent, bring a great influence on individuals’ all-round development.

　　So what are the reasons supporting my argument? The most important factor to be considered is that individuals may realize their full potential by bringing their initiatives into full play. There is no doubt one’s own capabilities play an indispensable role in leading to the phenomenon. In the second place, it is also of great importance to consider the fact that one’s ability to seize the opportunity cannot be ignored when it comes. As a famous saying goes, opportunities favor the prepared mind. In the last place, importance should be attached to the role played by the civilized social atmosphere where the optimism to deal with strike and storm shall never fade away.

　　With all the analysis above taken into account, we can come to a conclusion: It is indispensable that we should pay close attention to the significance of internal factors. Only by doing this can we make remarkable progress in our personal development.

　　如今，隨著社會(huì)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈，在越來越多的人追求個(gè)人成功時(shí)，人們正在討論哪些應(yīng)該是頭等大事。在我看來，內(nèi)因?qū)⒃诤艽蟪潭壬蠈?duì)個(gè)人的全面發(fā)展產(chǎn)生很大的影響，這是毫無疑問的。

　　那么，支持我的論點(diǎn)的原因是什么？需要考慮的最重要因素是，個(gè)人可以通過充分發(fā)揮其主動(dòng)性來充分發(fā)揮其潛力。毫無疑問，一個(gè)人自己的能力在導(dǎo)致這一現(xiàn)象方面發(fā)揮著不可或缺的作用。第二，機(jī)會(huì)到來時(shí)一個(gè)人把握機(jī)會(huì)的能力不能忽視，這一點(diǎn)也非常重要。俗話說，機(jī)會(huì)是留給有準(zhǔn)備的人。最后，應(yīng)該重視文明社會(huì)氛圍所發(fā)揮的作用，在這種氛圍中，應(yīng)對(duì)挫折的樂觀心態(tài)永遠(yuǎn)不會(huì)消失。

　　綜上所述，我們可以得出一個(gè)結(jié)論：我們有必要重視內(nèi)因的重要性。只有這樣，我們才能在個(gè)人發(fā)展方面取得顯著的進(jìn)步。????
