　　Nowadays, with the society becoming increasingly competitive, there is a discussion about which should be a top priority when an increasing number of people are pursuing personal success. From my perspective, there is no doubt in saying that the capability will, to a large extent, bring a great influence on individuals’ all-round development.

　　So what are the reasons supporting my argument? The most important factor to be considered is that individuals may realize their full potential by sharpening their skills. There is no doubt that the capability plays an indispensable role in leading to the phenomenon. In the second place, it is also of great importance to consider the fact that one’s ability as the core competence cannot be ignored in the job markets. In the last place, as a famous saying goes, with great power comes great responsibility.Thus, importance should be attached to the role played by the civilized social atmosphere where the lifelong pursuit of being competent shall never fade away.

　　With all the analysis above taken into account, we can come to a conclusion: It is indispensable that we should pay close attention to the significance of one’s capabilities, which performs an essential role in our personal achievements.

　　如今，隨著社會(huì)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈，在越來越多的人追求個(gè)人成功時(shí)，人們正在討論哪些應(yīng)該是頭等大事。在我看來，能力將在很大程度上對(duì)個(gè)人的全面發(fā)展產(chǎn)生很大的影響，這是毫無疑問的。

　　那么支持我的論點(diǎn)的原因是什么？需要考慮的最重要因素是個(gè)人可以通過提高技能來充分發(fā)揮其潛力。毫無疑問，能力在導(dǎo)致這一現(xiàn)象方面發(fā)揮著不可或缺的作用。其次，能力作為核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力在就業(yè)市場(chǎng)上的作用不能忽視，這一點(diǎn)也非常重要。最后，正如一句名言，能力越大責(zé)任越大。應(yīng)該重視文明社會(huì)氛圍所發(fā)揮的作用，在這種氛圍中，對(duì)實(shí)力的終身追求永遠(yuǎn)不會(huì)消失。

　　綜上所述，我們可以得出一個(gè)結(jié)論：我們有必要重視一個(gè)人能力的重要性，這在我們的個(gè)人成就中起著至關(guān)重要的作用。
