　　直接選答案的解釋：

　　審題可知，問的是無條件錄取為什么會影響申請回合。再回到原文中去定位。第一句陳述了無條件錄取影響申請回合的現狀，不是原因，所以接著看下一句。第二句說的是，無條件錄取被擔心會令學生缺乏動力，考試成績不佳，即無條件錄取的消極影響。這種消極影響的對象也就是第一句中的申請回合，所以和“學生會缺乏動力，考試成績不佳”意思相近的選項才是正確答案。
