A host of leaders are living proof that fortune is part and parcel in dealing with difficulty. In the last place, importance should be attached to the role played by the era of changes and chances. The factors mentioned above are the main driving forces behind the issue.

　　Based on what is mentioned above, we can come to a conclusion: we must attach great importance to the role played by good chances. Only by seizing more opportunities can we make remarkable progress in our personal achievements.

　　如今，隨著社會的競爭日益激烈，在越來越多的人追求個人成功時，人們討論應(yīng)考慮哪些因素。在我看來，毫無疑問，機(jī)會會以某種方式對個人的全面發(fā)展產(chǎn)生很大的影響。

　　因此支持我觀點(diǎn)的理由有哪些呢？要考慮的最重要因素是，一個聰明的人總是試圖抓住每一個機(jī)會。毫無疑問，一個好機(jī)會在導(dǎo)致這一現(xiàn)象方面發(fā)揮著不可或缺的作用。第二，挑戰(zhàn)和挫折在通往成功的道路上的作用不容忽視，這一點(diǎn)也非常重要。許多領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人是活例子：機(jī)遇是應(yīng)對困難的一部分。最后，應(yīng)該重視變革和機(jī)遇時代所發(fā)揮的作用。上述因素是該問題背后的主要原因。
