　　The statistics offered by the chart above illustrate the number changes in the overall scale of online shopping in China. From 2007 to 2012, the overall scale underwent an obvious increase, rising from 62 billion to 1300 billion, while the annual rate of growth had a decrease, falling from 125.8% to 60.7%.

　　What might be the possible reasons hidden the phenomenon reflected by the chart? The most important factor to be considered is that the rapid development of the mobile Internet gives people constant access to the Internet. During these few years, the Internet became increasingly faster with a lower price. After a period of rapid development, the growth rate of online shopping slowed down from 2008 to 2010, which is the reason for the decrease of annual growth rate.

　　From what has been analyzed above, we can easily come to the conclusion that there is a tendency that the number of the overall scale of online shopping in China will continue to increase in the years to come.
